Ben Hinson, CEO
Ben Hinson has served as President of the American Ambulance Association and chairman of the board of directors. Hinson was also a member of the Reimbursement Reform Task force Committee and was directly involved in the development of the National Ambulance Fee Schedule as a member of the Negotiated Rulemaking Committee.
Russell Honeycutt, Executive Vice President
Russell Honeycutt is a member of the Federal Reimbursement Committee for the American Ambulance Association and the Providers Communication Advisory Group for the Georgia and North Carolina Medicare Carriers. Most recently, Honeycutt served on an AAA Task Force to recommend an ambulance relief package to the US Congress.
Shae Hinson, COO
Shae Hinson oversees all daily operations, establishes policy, supervises senior managers, prepared and manages budgets, and assures compliance with all protocols and procedures. He is a member of the American Ambulance Association and the Healthcare Management and Billing Association.
Stephen Windsor, Director of IT
Stephen Windsor develops and implements the company's technology strategy. A graduate of MIT, Mr. Windsor has worked for the MIT Sloan School of Business, Harvard Medical School, Codon Devices (a biotechnology startup), 3M, and the MIT Media Lab. He has over 15 years of software development experience and has been an active IT consultant since the age of 12.
Cynthia Jefferson, Operations Manager
Cynthia Jefferson manages the data processing staff and oversees day-to-day operations. She has over 20 years of experience in supervising billing and collections processes. Her extensive knowledge and experience with HIPAA, Medicare Part B, Medicaid, commercial insurance, claims processing and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act provide the essential link between NRG management and operations.
